Upon considering the long-term economic fundamentals in Canada we picked up and moved to Edmonton, AB where we have since expanded our portfolio. We specialize in multi-family residential buildings and continue to invest in long-term buy and hold residential real estate. Our portfolio now consists of 18 properties, "44 doors," in Kelowna BC, Edmonton AB, and Mellanbach-Glassbach Germany. My wife and I have first hand experience in all aspects of the real estate investing business including; new construction development, building, renovations, and property management.
