We have a property conditionally sold,home owners had recent appraisal at 245,000 we have it conditionally sold to us at 205,000 I think time of year,still a bit slow,quick sale at 230-235,000. How can i assign this to a buyer looking for instant equity? Any info would be great. Thanks Dave

Hi Norm, Check out the ontario gazette.It is published every saturday and it hass all upcoming tax sales and municipalty run auctions. Also check out your local newspaper to find "neighbourhood" auctions. Hope that helps Dave Court

i believe a percentage of purchased vehicles is wrote off,80% of value or so. 100% of leased vehicle. but not positive.
