Our property manager gets a $100 bonus each month for having a full building. We also do a 6 month bonus if they have 6 months in a row of no-vacancies.

A few months ago I saw someone had posted a Rental Increase letter that they were sending to their tenants in BC. It basically blamed the BC Government and HST as the reason for this years allowable 4.3% rent increase. Does anyone still have a copy of this letter that they could post for us?
