I took a bit of a hiatus this past year (2009/10) from REIN...changes in my day job has me travelling out of town a lot more and my husband and I have started another business, so needless to say times are busy. I've stayed a REIN member and keep up to date with monthly CDs from the meetings.
Over the past year, I added to my properties by purchasing my first student rental when our son went to university in town. That's worked out so well, that I'm purchasing another student rental - single family home down the street from my first one- with our son on title, so he gets the real estate bug early!
I'm trying.... reallly trying.... to reorganize/rebalance my life and hence our lives... and to quickstart that.....we're planning a family cruise to eastern Caribbean early January.
