I am born and raised in Penticton BC and a new investor in the Okanagan primarily focusing in Kelowna/Vernon BC.
I lived in the US for 6 years, 4 of them completing my Undergraduate Degree for Business Management and another 2 years after graduating working for Redfin Corp as a Residential Real Estate Agent.
I gained a ton of passion for the real estate industry as a whole while working for Redfin and now I am back living in Kelowna BC starting my investing career.
I hope to create a large portfolio over the coming years through self funding as well as Joint Ventures. My initial strategy I buy and hold and I will be moving into the Short Term Rentals/Airbnb focusing creating a active business through real estate.
