Does anyone have experience in doing a short term ( 3 to 4 months) rental/ lease for a furnished 4 BR house in the Glebe in Ottawa. If someone knows of a property manager who is good in that area, it would be great. the house is available for rent now.

Has anyone heard of Montblanc Investments. They are apparently selling units in Alberta and a friend of mine asked if I have any info on them. If you have had experience with them I would apprciate your comments.

I have a unit at Maisonville in London. It is a low rise condo unit managed through a rental pool. They have beeen having high vacancy lately. I am looking for another manager to manage it. Anyone know of a property manager who can manage 1 unit in a codo complex?
