Which top Ontario towns allow - Secondary Suites?

Hi all,

Hoping you can help me out....I'm looking for a list of top towns in Ontario that allow secondary suites (e.g. basement apartments).

It need not be a list, but I'm hoping to capture as many cities as possible...looking to increase cash flow through this strategy.

Any thoughts?

Hello Caesar,
I would go to each town's website. Search secondary suites in their search bar. For instance, I did it for Toronto. Says here that they are permitted in certain dwellings.

Here is an interview with The Edmonton Journal on October 21, 2016. He mentions what towns are hot in Ontario. You might want to start there with the City Hall and seeing if they are allowed.
