How much do you pay in property management fees?

Im trying to have a brief idea of how much folks are currently charging for property management in ON.
I currently own rentals outside Canada, and have a true "turn key" operation as the property management company there handles everything, from finding tenants, screening them, collecting rental, payment of property taxes and condo fees, repairs, etc.
Not sure if companies here offer the same level of service, or how much on average it costs.

Any feedback is appreciated.

10-12% for single units, plus sometimes a 1/2 to full month lease up fee if vacant, plus out of pocket expenses such as advertising.

8-10% for 4-plexes
6-8% for 8-12 plexes
5-6% for 15-24-plexes plus onsite manager
4-5% for 24+ plexes plus onsite manager
3-4% for 60+ plexes, plus onsite manager(s)

Great feedback... so I should target around 10% or so, as this will be for a triplex.

My Florida property manager charges 8%, plus 50% of the new lease amount (for new tenants) or 25%-30% for renewals, just for reference.
