    Looking for Help/Suggestions on Equity Take Out.

    Maybe selling is the best option. Selling might allow me to retrieve the maximum equity availible minus selling costs. I could then get into a new place and possibly have some capital left to re-invest. Something to consider. Thanks for your comments.
