Hey Matt .Its in Kitchener ,on. From the mapping details from city site the only info available is zoning and if any current building permits. It has no info on how to get to land owner

Does anybody know how to find out details about owner of a parcel of land in the city ?? I have information from planning department that a small parcel of land is zoned c-2 .There is no development here so its hard to get additional details . Any info would be great .How to proceed from here.
