Was interested to know after all the posts on this site pro and con to buy real estate now or not to buyif anybody actually needs more information. If so, what information are you looking for to make a decession?

Has been pretty cold to go out at 7-8 pm at night . If no car they will be no shows. Ask them when they can meet you then call them one hour before you are supose to meet to make sure they are comming.

What provience are you selling in? In Alberta Agency is explained prior to buying or selling by your realtor. If any problems with Agency you can call the Alberta Realestate Asscociation. Very helpful.

The average price is sometimes not that accurate due to a few high end homes being sold . THese few homes may have an affect the average to make it look like an increase. Likewise if you get a few real low prices. The figure I like to use the medium price for a trend. Some good info for whats...
