Has everyone received their 2009 Property Assessment Notice from the City of Calgary by now.
I see my property valve has dropped 5.5%. from last year
Also my taxes are lower too.
I would like to find out if anyone knows of a real good carpet cleaning machine (shampoo).
When I have a change of tenants, I always shampoo my rugs. The cost of renting the machine
adds up over the years. I think buying my own would be a good investment.
I have a Duplex with a Up/down suite. When the Upper unit was vacated the Tenant didn`t pay the Electric Bill, which was in
his name. So Enmax was going to cut the power if I didn`t pay the entire bill. How can one guard againest this?
