I`ve spoken with James Quigley about the AFS and he`s told me to use the templates that Barry has supplied us with. He mentioned that he doesn`t see why it won`t work in Ontario (I`d rather he said it WILL work in Ontario) and to supply the templates filled in to him and he would make them valid contracts for Ontario. I don`t have any experience working with James but I`m under the impression Barry is helping him with the concepts. I`m working on a deal now and will be forwarding the templates to James hopefully by the end of the week. I`ll let you know if it works out.
