I happened to be looking through the forms download section for a BC RTO contract, as we happen to be doing one right now.
The thing is that I have specifically been told by several people that it is good to separate the lease agreement from the option agreement (in BC).
It then dawned on me that there are a few agreements to chose from, but it is hard to say whether they are straight from the RLG seminar (US-specific) or whether they are good for BC.
It also dawned on me there is no specific contract that has the lease separate from the option, or I haven`t found it.
Lastly, there doesn`t seem to be a catergorisation of docs per province, or is there a way to enter those parameters in a search for a specific document?
