Hello! Does anyone know of a mortgage broker experienced in working with real estate investors. My husband and I would like to refinance a property that we recently purchased and significantly renovated, and has two added suites. There is sufficient equity in the property for a refinance, the trouble we are running into is my husband's debt to income ratio, we have six properties, three of which are side by side duplexes.
