I have many, many qualified buyers with good down payments that we do not currently have homes for. We wanted to see if any of you would be interested in purchasing a buyer. You would only pay if they end up entering in to a lease to own contract for one of your homes. If they do not we retain the rights to the buyer. The cost for a buyer will be $3,000.
Please contact me directly if you are interested, include the area of the home that you have and the details of the home, along with purchase price and payment. We will search our buyer list and see if we have a match.
