Is Barrie still a good city to invest in?

Is Barrie ON, still a good city to invest in or should I start looking elsewhere? I have done some research, I would like to see what other people think.

Hey Shinto!
The City of Barrie is a tremendous place to invest. Particularily down town. There are some great deals on condominiums within 800 meters of the second go train station in allendale. Plus the City of Barrie has new plans for down town designed by Introwest. Plus there is a new financial district on Collier Street. I love Barrie & this is such a great time to be investing there. The sales to listing ratio has cooled off. I hope that helps...
