Median Pre-tax Income or the Housing Affordability Index for Lethbridge

I spent nearly the entire day yesterday searching the internet and making phone calls trying to find the Housing Affordability Index for Lethbridge and/or the data to populate the formula (i.e. Median pre-tax income and the price for an average bungalow). All I could find was the Median pre-tax income from the 2001 census and the average MLS average price for the resale market.

Does anyone have this information or can point in the direction?

You should be able to get the info you need from the CMHC website. They released the fall report on Dec. 13.
