I don`t have any vacancies at the moment and I got a call from this lady who is looking for a house to rent in Edmonton or Sherwood Park.

Prospective Tenant looking for 3 bedroom house with double garage and fenced yard. Has small dog (2 year old trained ****zu). The couple is in their 50`s, both employed full time, non-smokers, no children. Have been in current home 16 months - landlord is selling. They are looking for May 1. Prefer South Edmonton.
