The only quote I remember was one that I heard from Don back in 99. It is the story of a Lobster fisherman who start out one day 1 selling lobsters for $1 per lb, and gets mobbed by customers so day 2 he raises it to $2 per lb, gets mobbed again and does the same till he reaches $5 and he has 2 left over for his family- question -what is the right price? $5 per lb. Basicaly the correct price is what the market will bear. Check comparables and raise it as allowed by the landlord and tenant act.
