renting to a company

Hi. I am looking to possibly rent a property of mine to a company . Does anyone have a letter or template they used to send to the HR person explaining the benefits of this to them?

I personally have stayed in housing paid by companies while on a consulting contact in California as well a relocating with corporations. In my opinion think the key for the HR department is simplicity & a high quality property. If you are in HR you just want to write one cheque that includes everything. The places I stayed in were fully furnished & included all utilities.

I am looking approaching companies in Ft. Mc Murray so I am very curious to see what you find out!
