Hi there
I have approx $50,000 in my RRSP available to be invested in a property as a second mortgage. The RRSP investment would be secured by a second mortgage on the property. I would only be interested in properties that have a positive cash flow after factoring in the interest payment that would be made on the RRSP 2nd mortgage.
At the same time I would require that you make an equivalent RRSP 2nd mortgage investment in my investment property, which is located in Barrie (Ontario). The property has a postive cash flow of approx $500 per month.
