Thanks for the interesting article. It`s facinating to watch the US situation. I`m afraid its going to get worse down there or at the very least stay bad for a considerable period. The impact of government debt will soon have to play out. Glad to be living up here.

US is a gigantic real estate market. I don`t invest there, but be careful on painting the entire country with one big brush stroke
