I am still getting up to speed and looking at a potential property in Hamilton. It`s currently zoned as residential. However, there are 4 self-contained units in the house. It`s set up like a four-plex. Can someone shed light on the feasibility of having this place re-zoned?
From what I understand the City could shut this place down and make the current owners apply for re-zoning or have it returned to a single family residential to conform.
