In theory it can be done, the perimeter walls are stud framed, middle wall is concrete. I talked to a structural engineer and he said we'll have to know where each stud is so he could design it in a way that that each truss sits on vertical stud for the load bearing requirements.
Pricewise it...
I have to guess that your decimal is off by one digit as I noticed we get 6-7tons/month/unit.
Alternatively, it takes 4%-6% of rents.
Check with you utility company. We had 2 instances when the meter was off (in one case for 3 years) and underreporting or going on estiamtes only to be smashed...
I’m looking for a referral for a 12-unit falt roof that developed ponding of up to 4 inches in a few areas.
I know they use prefabricated Styrofoam sheets to rebuild the slope of the roof before applying the membranes.
A few roofers I talked to don’t seem to care about slope or be interested...
We do install an average 2br for ~$700-$800.
That comes to around $1.35 for 8mil laminate, little more for narrower boards and if subfloor needs to be prepped.
Hi everyone.
We all face the painful reality of escalating hydro cost in Ontario.
Did anybody consider installing panels as a way to mitigate hydro cost?
Would I be eligible for a FIT program for an apartment building if the tenants pay their own hydro?
Anyone with experience in...
So is anybody else with larger PM operations is following this 3-Tier approach?
My accountant suggested this strategy the other day, given my participation in other restoration businesses.

Also, a detailed analysis in those statistics gives even more insight.
Most of the gasoline stock is imported as it's almost impossible and it's a financial suicide to build new refinaries.

I know that building.
It has issues with operating expenses, which are too high for whatever reason.
It does not cash flow, even with 25% down.
I think its overpriced by $200k, at least.
There is a reason why it staid on the market for more than 1 year. : )
