Does anyone have any concerns or info on how the NDP might change/keep same, rental properties, interest rates etc. Should we be proceeding with caution or optimism here in BC as far as the housing market goes?

Just wondering if anyone is currently invested in Prince George and if so, could i get the names of some good contacts up there. ie realtor, property management etc... Also would love to hear any takes on what eveyone thinks about the pros and cons of the rental state that Prince George might...
