Ok, I better update this thing! After the Acre weekend, I bought three condos, all doing well with long term tenants in place. I bought, renovated and sold an "ugly house" with a fellow REIN member in 2010. I am currently looking for a multi-family complex in the Edmonton area. I have other REIN member partners, as well as money partners, but looking for that "right" building - boy finding that right multi family has been darn near impossible

I also have another house in Vernon that I rent out as well. I do find houses a little more work than condo's - that's for sure.
Oct 2011 - I am about to purchase another house in Alberta, and I bought a condo in Vernon early this year. So - that brings me up to 7 units - one more and I'll have my silver pin. I plan to buy another unit as soon as the closing is completed on the current Alberta house!
August 2014 - I am now living my Personal Belize and have moved to Whistler - just like I wrote down at my first ACRE meeting in 2009! Every goal I wanted that weekend has been achieved and loving my life.
