Hello,AM seeking a couple more 0-down lproperties - singles or duplexes FULLY TENANTED that cash flow with the (7.85%?) CMCH insurance premium b4 the program shuts down in October 14. Anyone with leads? Greatly appreciate it. ADD 7.85% to purchase price, 4.15% variable & 40yr. amort.= mortgage amount, rent should just about cover ALL expenses including the P&I on the above formula. so properties over $350k may have a huge 7.85% premium that wouldn`t make it attractive for us under this program.
