In the Quick Start program Don refers to a study that was done in 2006 related to what renters/potential renters look for when they are looking at a place to rent. There is a workshop page that really summarizes the data and that is good but I`m wondering if anyone can point me to the actual study - it may be on the boards here but I can`t seem to find it - not sure I`m using the right key words. Can anyone help?
