we are looking at a 40 year old condo it is 2 blocks to a new lrt station currently rented to a company. had just a quick look inside looking to place an offer so we can look at the reserve fund study bylaws and minutes if all appears good would there be any other concerns re the building age would lok at the effective age of the mechanical system roof etc thanks
