Hi everyone,
Does anyone know of a good mortgage broker who is well-connected to reputable lenders etc. in the greater Vancouver area?
I know mortgage brokers in Toronto but I think I cannot get a mortgage in Ontario to purchase a property in Vancouver?
I'd like to purchase a property in the greater Vancouver area and need to figure out how much mortgage I'd be approved for.
