Access to Ontario`s land registry data

Hi fellow investors,
Is anybody using Teranet (through GeoWarehouse) to get sales history, land registry, MPAC? It seems for $25/report it is possible to obtain info which realtors get.

Don`t know about Teranet but if you visit the Land Registry office you should be able to get much of that info cheaper. In Ottawa you can get access to electronic registrations for $8 an address which shows the sales price over time, owners name and any registered debt against the property. Older records are stored on microfilm. You can see them for free but need to pay 50 cents to print each page. I suppose Toronto might be somewhat similar.
