I would recommend Scott Hawkings with Hawkings, Epp, and Dumont out in Stony Plain. They have done a very good job for us and our real estate portfolio over the past 5 years.

I highly recommend Malcolm Fast in Edmonton. He is very thorough and well-versed in real estate accounting. He`s not cheap, but that shouldn`t matter. A good accountant can save you money. Malcolm saves me lots and he even saved my hide during an audit! I knew Malcolm personally for many years before he became my accountant and I can vouch for his integrity, kind-heartedness, and intelligence.
