I have several stories which border on insanity ranging from having to evict hookers and pimps, heroin addicts, being assaulted, copious pet excrement, tenants wanted for homicide....
Every day is an adventure!

I`m afraid if I post them up here they won`t be as entertaining in my Biography written from my notes after some deranged crack addict finally offs me.

I`d love to hear about others` Adventures in Landlording though!
