Advice for real estate in Orillia

hey, I`m brand new to this forum. I would like to buy an investment property in Orillia and im looking for some solid advice. I`m interested in talking to someone who already has an investment property in Orillia who I could meet up with or call them on the phone. I would really like to hear someone opinion on the city of Orillia and the best areas within the city for investing.

(p.s. I`m a 24 year old male. I have lived just outside of Orillia for my whole life and I want to start making my money work for me.I`m open to any advice and I`d love to hear from people in Barrie as well.)
