ALR land in B.C-Is building a warehouse for home based business allowed?

Does anyone know if it would be difficult to obtain building permits to build a simple structure or warehouse on ALR land for the purpose of stocking inventory?

What is the zoning of the land? There can be many different zonings in the ALR

The ALR has very clear regulations on what can and cannot be built on it. These are then interpreted by each municipality. So the best thing to do is to call your local city hall and ask if it is permissible
