Anyone invested with HOS Financial Rent to own program?

I am looking for refferals on HOS Financial, anyone that invested with them? did the program work out at the end?

I have done a deal with Guy at HOS. It is still in progress but great cash flowing property. Straight shooter and fellow REIN member. They have executed more lease option deals than any other company I am aware of. They are big on setting up the tenant/buyer for success through credit mentorship and reasonable appreciation rates. Watch for the contracts being catered to Ontario deals. You may need to make some adjustments if your deal is in another province.
