Are you a Realtor in BC who specializes in Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows? We are REIN members and are looking to purchase a Condo or Townhome.
The property must fit the following requirements:

• Must allow rentals (if only a few allowed - allocation must be available or we’re not interested)
• Must not have age restrictions
• Must be located in a growing part of town with a future
  Property must have the ability to cash flow so the price range should be as follows:
  • 1 bedroom approximately $137,500
  • 2 bedroom approximately $175,000
  • 3 bedroom approximately $215,000Obviously this price range is a guide and actual price will depend on property condition, location and quality
  We would prefer the property to have the following features; however, they are not mandatory:
  Pets allowedWalking distance to West Coast ExpressWalking distance to amenitiesThe complex does not have to be new; however, it would be nice there was newer complex’s close byWe are willing to do minor renovations (lipstick and rouge)
