Barrie & Woodstock Property Manager

Hello all - just re-joined the forum after six or so years & email change. Can anyone recommend a decent property manager for a duplex in Barrie (there is a lot but I need a good one who knows what positive cash flow means & actually works for the owner-investor's interest!) and for 2 small condos on Hiawatha Rd. in Woodstock? Have owned these 6+ yrs. & am unhappy with current ones. Thanks for your time & sorry if I'm posting in all the wrong places...
