Our Red Deer Focus Workshop on `Deal-Ready Documents` was a huge success, (see comments in RedDeerWilliam`s thread, "Barry`s January Workshop..."). Members are asking for more, so here we go.

WHO: special guest Garth Chapman will get more time to teach us all about financing creative real estate including below market deals.
