Bed Bugs

Let`s be clear. I do not currently have a Bed Bug problem BUT I am anticipating that it is only a matter of time before I experience one. I wouild like to provide my tenants with information to help prevnt the problem.
Does anyone know of any useful information I can distribute?
My search of the Internet has turned up mostly pest control sites. I would prefer something developed by a Health Authority or similar. The ideal solution - a brochure designed for tenants.

Anyone with any info?

Thanks so much. That was fast and helpful.

What about the use of heat to raise the temperature in an entire suite to 140 degrees F for 2 hours. It sounds like it should work and the exterminators using it guarantee the results.
Starts at abou $1500 for the first suite.
