Bradford- Ontario

Hi all,



I am looking to buy my first investment property in Bradford. It is a growing area with Walmart, Costco, LCBO and GO station nearby ad close to GTA.



I am looking to buy a new townhouse in that area to rent it out.



I am concerned with what ease I will be able to get tenants.



Please advise about your thoughts on the location..

If wanting to be near that area, look to Newmarket

Bradford is ok although I feel a little overpriced. Newmarket provides better options and has a stronger upside.

I never thought I would ever read "Bradford overpriced". LOL I remember we'd drive through it and Village Inn only with bad rap. Boy, have things changed!
