Can a condo board in Ontario legally restrict the number of rental units within the building?
I thought this was the case, but now someone is saying that Ontario courts have ruled that restricting someone from renting their unit is invalid under Ontario law.
Does anybody know which is correct? Can condo boards create bylaws that limit the % of rental units in Ontario?
