Don't believe everything you see on TV.

Yes rates are rising very slowly. Smaller houses will get built, pulling down the averages. That does not mean your house in the city goes down in value, in fact quite the opposite as cities are running out of land driving up land prices and thus, house prices.

The far bigger problem are financially irresponsible governments jacking up taxes and growing debt&deficits.

One day they say Calgary, Alberta real estate is hot, the next day it's Victoria, BC. Sold to the sheep.

Actually, it's a BNN article. Totally agree. We should look what's behind the curtain. At the end of the day, it's individuals' call.

Very true! Wondering how many grand "business trips" with full entourage our officials made for the past year alone! Any economic benefits? Doubtful.
