I have spent weeks getting this private offer accepted.

After much negotiation I was able to get an offer accepted on this rare LARGE one bedroom condo that reflects a positive cashflow at 80% conventional financing.

The offer has been accepted for $125,000. I own two smaller one beds on the ground level, one of which got appraised recently for ~$165,000. Copy of appraisal can be disclosed.
