We currently have on our team legal expert Mr. Howard Wiens who is compiling the ultimate guide to condominiumizing for REIN Members. BC`s edition is 400+ pages, Alberta`s around the same and the Ontario guide is just nearing completion and will be roughly the same. YES, each provinces rules, regulations and action steps are different and complex.
This program has been long in the making and will have EVERYTHING you need from what properties are worth buying for this strategy right down to sample plans and action step to make it move smoothly.
Watch for this coming in very early 2008. The Members who have been a part of the development of this system are incredibly excited about the potential that this knowledge has for REIN Members... and so are we.
