I've decided for now to self manage my soon to be single family home in Hamilton at the advice of a PM I spoke with until I acquire more properties or become overwhelmed.
My concern is that I don't know any contractors in Hamilton. Im quite handy but I'd like to be able to send a reliable contractor who won't milk me in the event I don't have time to visit the property or in the event of an emergency. I'd also like the contractor to be able to bring in a licensed trade if one is ever needed.
Any suggestions of contractors who deal with investors in Hamilton?
