Hello All:



I am in the midst of creating my Joint Venture Special Report and I am unsure on the legalities on using some of the information that I am finding. I have done lots of research and do not want to get into any trouble in the use of this research in my Report. If possible would someone be able to give me a some direction on where to look on what to do to make sure I am not infringing on any laws.

Not much is copyrighted besides certain names, so don't call it the Microsoft or Apple or REIN special report. Ideas and insights get cloned all the time.
