What are your thoughts?

Great article, thanks. Living in Alberta, I still can`t see any bubble in this province. Prices haven`t recovered at all from their highs in 2007 (it`s been 2 and a half years!), not to mention reaching new highs as in Ontario or BC (maybe better Toronto and Vancouver). These cities might trigger panic attack nationwide, but move like that would be emotional and short lived in my opinion. Therefore, it`s probable we`ll find some deals in second half of this year, but not for too long.

As an investor I am always hoping for a collapse in price. All investors want to buy at lower prices. Having said that, I understand that I have no control over when this will happen and thinking about unpredictable futures is not a very productive use of my time.
