I am divesting two of my Hamilton properties and one in Galt so I thought I would email the group to see if they know anyone looking to add properties.
All are two units and cash flowing well and fully rented. Properties will range roughly around 250k each and are owned through a corporation which could be bought rather than selling properties if you want them all.
